Our window cleaning service includes all of the following in the quoted price (no hidden fees/costs).

• Complete interior and exterior professional window cleaning;
• Customer education on condition of windows, seals, and hard water;
• Full and thorough screen cleaning (including balcony door screens);
• Screen removal and reattachment at the start and end of the job;
• Careful moving and returning of heavy furniture/belongings which obstruct windows;
• Initial brush of track, followed by track wipe with lint-free towels;
• Double-check each window before completion and touch up if needed.

As one can deduce from the above list of all the services we include bundled with our window cleaning price that our main goal is not to get the job done fast, but rather to provide the best quality.

Our Window Cleaning Process

Our extensive window cleaning experience has allowed us over time to develop a very efficient system that obtains the best results imaginable using the most time productive measures possible.

Because we believe in transparency and that only competition we compete with is ourselves, to do the best job possible each and every time, we’ve decided to share our fine-honed system with the world.

• We schedule the start of our jobs for early mornings, typically between 7 am – 9 am. Getting started early allows us to finish the exterior windows before they are heated up by the sun.

• Hot windows dry cleaning solutions faster and clean less efficiently. Sun glare also can mask streaks and missed spots, causing the need for double and triple checking to be done.

• We arrive at the home and notify the homeowner that we’ve arrived and then verbally explain to them what the process will entail.

• We then unload all our equipment and set it up in the areas where it will be used (bucket by hose, ladder by windows, mops by cleaning station, etc.)

• We start by entering the home and removing all the screens from the inside. We have special tools that we can use to remove screens from the outside if any are particularly hard to remove.

• After the screens are removed, we completely lather them in soap, wash, and rinse them. We set them in the sections of the house they belong to so they can dry while we continue the job.

• We start on the exterior of the home’s windows, doing the high story windows first so that they don’t drip on the lower level windows. We then work around the house.

• After the outside is finished we exchange our water, towels, and applicators for interior work. We then notify the homeowners when we are ready to come inside.

• While inside the home we move any furniture that the homeowner asks us to move in order for us to be able to reach any windows that are obstructed (if any obstructions exist).

• We place down towels in the window tracks to catch water during the clean. We then wipe the track after the cleaning.

• After the interior windows are clean, we do a walk-around of the home to double-check for any possible missed spots and touch up an area if needed.

• We then pack all our gear, ladders, and equipment into the truck and make sure the homeowner’s yard is returned to the state it was in when we first arrived.

• The last step is to speak with the homeowner, inform them of our other services and referral program, thank them, and collect the payment.

Window Cleaning or Window Washing?

When it comes to window cleaning, one of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our clients is, “what’s the difference between window cleaning and window washing?”

At first, these two terms might seem interchangeable but if you inspect them closer you will find noticeable differences.

The word wash describes the act of doing something which intends to reach the final result, that is, the final result of being clean.

You can “wash” something without it being “clean” when you finish, but you can’t consider something clean if it really isn’t.

Remember when you were a child and your mom asked you, “did you wash your hands?” You replied, “yes mom” and then she asks, “are they clean?”
